Been trying out Voltarol Active Spray this week after some muscle ache from a judo comp. It's good stuff. #imabzzagent u.bzz.com/vbs7m

I'd give this product 4 out of 5. Last weekend I had a tough Judo competition that left me with aching muscles. Luckily, a few days later I received some vouchers to get money off Voltarol Active Spray (as I am a Bzz Agent) so I thought I would give it a try. It was a bit more expensive than I had expected, but after a couple of uses my muscle ache had gone.
It's in a handy little bottle so I'll definitely put it in my sports bag so I'll have it ready in case I need it after training or my next competition.
The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is the price. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone else who experiences regular muscle pain.
Since when has there been an outdoor gym in Sheffield!? twitter.com/mfaz/status/20…
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 14, 2012
Can't believe I only just discovered this a couple of months after my gym contract ran out but only a few weeks before I leave Sheffield. It's no where near good enough as an alternative to a real gym, but as it's in Endcliffe Park it would have been a good stop off during a run.

Anyone know what to do with/ how to eat a Jelly Nut/ Green coconut!? twitter.com/mfaz/status/20…
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 15, 2012
In relation to my previous tweet about the Jelly Nut, the answer is hack into it with a knife.... twitter.com/mfaz/status/20…
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 15, 2012
Throw it out the window to crack it in half and reveal a small amount of 'Jelly'.... twitter.com/mfaz/status/20…
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 15, 2012
And finally, scrape out the jelly to eat! twitter.com/mfaz/status/20…

It tastes a bit like the Coconut Jelly off of an all you can eat Chinese Buffet. And there it is. The mystery of the Jelly Nut revealed.

No phone signal for 2 days, Orange tell me: "Multiple masts down in your area, will be resolved asap but no current date of fix". Brilliant.
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 16, 2012
Matt Le Tissier who?
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 16, 2012
Wednesday was The University of Sheffield Sports Award Ball. I had a really good night with the Judo club, but the guest speaker wasn't really interesting to me. Hence this tweet.
Last ever lecture today. Good times. End of uni rapidly approaching. Bad times.

Maybe Orange were right about 'many masts' being down and giving me no signal in my flat for 5 days. 100m down the road it's fine. Annoying.
— Matt Fazakerley (@mfaz) May 19, 2012
The Orange 'no signal' saga continues...o
